Buying Process:

  • Phone us, E-mail us or Register On-Line & tell us what you are looking for in your next home or cottage. 
  • Pre-qualify with a mortgage lender to determine financial parameters
  • Sign a 1 (one) year Exclusive Representation Agreement As Buyer’s Agent with Pangburn Properties, Inc.
  • Receive list(s) of MLS properties (all REALTOR® listings) matching your search criteria via e-mail
  • Search for new homes on-line from our list of viable Websites
  • Receive daily updates of new listings and priced reduced listings
  • Visit your favorite homes with your Client Care Team REALTOR®
  • Have your Client Care Team REALTOR® prepare and submit your offer to purchase
  • Secure financing
  • Schedule Inspections, if applicable
  • Attend and sign closing documents

Closing Costs to Expect:

  • Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
  • Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other inspections such as termites.
  • Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
  • Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
